The oona 8 tablet and the oona 22 self service kiosk are two great devices for line busting to improve customer throughput at peak periods. The oona 8 is a ruggedized, IP 65 rated tablet that has an environmentally wide range of operation. It functions within a temperature range of 4° F to +122° F enabling it to operate both indoors and outdoors for drive thru.
oona 22 – the self-service kiosk
The oona 22 is a 22 inch Android self service kiosk where customers may order, pay, and receive their loyalty points avoiding the counter and cashier altogether. It can be mounted on an optional counter or floor stand using its industry standard VESA mounting bracket. The oona 22 screen is also IP 65 rated for dust and moisture prevention.
Frictionless payment on screen
Both devices offer MPoC contactless payment with the antenna reader directly in the center of the screen for “can’t miss” chip card reads every time when using a card, smartphone, or smartwatch. The chip read is almost instantaneous moving customers more quickly through the line.
Both oona devices come with a standard 1 year warranty with an optional 3 year warranty available. Cleaning is easy as both devices can be cleaned with standard household cleaners such as Clorox Bleach Wipes, Isopropyl alcohol, Sani Hands Wipes and others
